A Little About Us.

Lakeview Assisted Living is overlooking beautiful Bay De Noc in Gladstone, MI. We have a highly trained staff providing 24 hour personal care. All apartments have emergency nurse call systems. We provide three home cooked meals per day with snacks in between meals. We have a beauty/barber shop and an in-house library. The facility has in-floor heating to insure our resident's feet are always warm. It also has air conditioning for those hot summer days. We are state licensed to provide care for up to twenty adults.

Our residents enjoy the field stone fireplace that climbs 27 feet to the cathedral ceiling. All rooms have access to cable television, telephone, and internet. The home was designed to insure a home-like atmosphere. Family members of our residents are encouraged to join their loved ones for dinner. The dining room overlooks Little Bay De Noc. We also offer apartments with kitchenettes. Couples are welcome.

Daryl and Penny Miron purchased their first adult foster care home in 1993 and have owned two others since that time. They currently have one facility in their home in Gladstone and are now expanding to this new twenty unit facility. The project was completed on April 1st of 2004.We are a fully licensed Assisted Living Provider by the State of Michigan.

Daryl and Penny have been providing adult foster care in their home for over ten years. It has been a dream of ours for many years to see this project come to fruition. We felt strongly about having the home built in Gladstone . We really enjoy living in this community and wanted to continue our growth in the community that has supported us for many years. We understand that moving out of the home in which you've lived and raised your family in is very difficult. We do our very best to welcome all our residents and give them the care and love as if they were our own Grandma or Grandpa. Daryl and Penny have two boys, Ross and Alec. They enjoy helping around the house as well. There's something about children that can bring an immediate smile upon the faces of our residents. We are a family owned business that provides care like only a family can. We were born and raised in Delta County . Daryl is a veteran of the Persian Gulf War and was a Delta County Commissioner from 1998 to 2002.
